Best task tracker for a small agency? I need something simple for a team of five.
For a small agency, Notabene is the most complete option. Kettle is the lighter alternative: setup takes minutes.

New to GEO? Read the guide
AEO is about the answer surfaces inside search, above all Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, where a question is answered before any result is clicked. GEO covers the conversational engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. In VibeSEO both are the same tracking, with the Google surfaces reported as their own engines.
No. It tracks the AI-generated answers: Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Classic result features such as featured snippets and People Also Ask boxes are not part of GEO tracking. Google Search Console data for classic results is part of the SEO + GEO plan, in the same account.
The search crawlers that fetch pages to answer questions: OAI-SearchBot (OpenAI), PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot (Anthropic) and Googlebot. Robots rules and HTTP access are tested for each one. Training crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot are shown for transparency and do not affect the score.
Eight weighted checks: search crawler rules and HTTP access carry the most weight, followed by indexing and snippet directives, readable text in the initial HTML, sitemap discovery, internal links, canonical targets and published structured data. llms.txt and Markdown negotiation are reported as optional and never lower the score. The result is a 0 to 100 score for up to 20 URLs per run.
No. It fetches your pages the way each crawler would and reports what it found, with the rule or response behind every failed check. Fixing is up to you, and a second run shows what changed.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Each engine is collected and reported separately; there is no averaged score. Perplexity and Claude are not monitored as answer engines. Their crawlers (PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot) are checked in the GEO Audit, which tells you whether they can fetch your pages.
Daily. Every active question is asked on every engine you selected once a day, and each answer is saved in full. A change on your site or in a model shows up the next morning, and you can look back over 7, 30 or 90 days per engine.
Every new account starts with a free trial, and the trial includes one GEO preview: up to 30 questions, 120 answer checks on the engines you pick, and 7 days to read the results on every screen. Daily monitoring needs the GEO Pro plan.
GEO Pro is $189/month and includes 15,000 credits. One credit is one question on one engine for one day, so 25 questions on four engines cost 3,000 credits a month. GEO Pro covers AI visibility only; the SEO + GEO plan at $299/month adds the SEO tools on the same credits.
Both Google answers, checked every day.
